I quickly assess how work is operating across teams, identify where delivery is breaking down, and work directly with leaders and delivery teams to restore structure and direction.

I work inside existing teams to coordinate delivery, support decision making, and keep work moving while improvements are made.

The focus is maintaining momentum, reducing confusion, and restoring delivery control across active workstreams.
